Парламент звертається до ООН, Європарламенту, ПАРЄ, ПА НАТО та парламентів інших країн світу, з причини фактичної участі ЗС КНДР у бойових діях на боці РФ, постачання зброї та іншу підтримку вторгнення в Україну.
Наразі документ направлено на розляд Комітету Верховної Ради.
Також зазначається, що голові парламенту доручається невідкладно направити текст звернення до вказаних інституцій і парламентів.
