На прошлой неделе вПрезидентской академии завершил работу второй международный форум "Клиентоцентричность в государственном управлении", посвященный обсуждению результатов федерального проекта "Государство для людей" и обмену успешными практиками клиентоцентричного подхода в государственном управлении.
Важной частью форума стало награждение лидеров в сфере клиентоцентричности. Девять наград было вручено за значительный вклад в развитие проекта "Государство для людей".

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
