Первое знакомство с Лошкиным у челябинцев случилось ещё до конкурса, пока он исполнял обязанности. И делал это вполне достойно: открыт для медиа и общения с народом, строг с подрядчиками и подчинёнными, неравнодушен к городской среде.
Все мы в курсе, что у прежнего начальства получилось не всё задуманное. Традиционно при смене власти у жителей большие надежды, ведь всегда есть что улучшить.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
