❗️Сообщаем, что сотрудниками ЦАФАП в ОДД ГИБДД МВД по РСО - Алания к административной ответственности за непристегнутый ремень безопасности привлекаются водители транспортных средств.
🔍На некоторых фотоматериалах нейросеть распознает область расположения водителя и пассажирского кресла, которые обозначаются красным квадратом. Фотоматериал проходит первичную и вторичную обработку.
📋Постановление выносится только в случае, если именно водитель автомобиля не пристегнут ремнем безопасности.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
