Если в это поле поместить любой проводник, то на нем сразу образуется какой-то там заряд, величина которого зависит от той или иной мощности поля. Ну а спичка или электродетонатор это еще и катушка (тот мостик накаливания, на котором капля зажигательной смеси), так вот этого заряда и хватает чтобы тот мостик нагрелся и подожег смесь. Укороченные концы проводов при этом не помогают! (Это только от статики) Потому что получится готовая электрическая сеть замкнутая по которой пойдет какой-то ток гулять и греть этот мостик. Поэтому в РПР-е прямо сказано не употреблять электроподрыв в зоне действия источников электромагнитного излучения - типа массивных электростанций ( тот же Реб), высоковольтных полос электропередач и тп. Потому что может быть такое же как на видео.
