Вот и Румыния свои глубокие склады откупорила. До этого эти мины находили в Анголе, Ираке, Кувейте, Либерии, Мозамбике и Замбии. Где "Бакелитовый пластик, используемый во взрывателе MAT-76, может стать хрупким в условиях пустыни, что может снизить давление срабатывания. Это может сделать мину нестабильной, т.е. она может взорваться при простом обращении с ней."
