Проблема «северных» усугубила кадровый дефицит в ЯНАО – молодые специалисты отказываются работать в полиции, Росгвардии, прокуратуре, ФССП, МЧС, ведь на повышенную зарплату они могут рассчитывать только спустя 5 лет службы.
Сейчас доплату с первого дня получает лишь малая часть силовиков – деньги на них выделяет окружной бюджет (начальники главков могут устанавливать такую выплату на свое усмотрение, исходя из финансовых возможностей).

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
