Центральной темой встречи стало обсуждение ключевых проблемных вопросов содержания и эксплуатации объектов капитального строительства с массовым пребыванием граждан.

Главное внимание было уделено правовому регулированию содержания и эксплуатации таких объектов, а также ответственности специалистов за результаты работ на стадиях проектирования, строительства и эксплуатации.

Участниками дискуссии также были подняты вопросы неэффективности ценового критерия, имеющего наибольший вес, в секторе государственного строительного заказа, вопросы страхования СМР-рисков, квалификации технических заказчиков и многие другие.
