Иск Общественной палаты Крыма по делу о признании за крымчанами права на компенсацию морального вреда из-за энергоблокады со стороны Украины удовлетворен в полном объеме, сообщил спикер парламента республики Владимир Константинов. По его словам, с Украины в пользу крымчан планируется взыскать почти 3,5 трлн рублей.
Константинов отметил, что крымчане могут обратиться в суд за компенсацией морального вреда, понесенного в результате энергоблокады, однако доказывать факт блокады уже нет необходимости – Верховный суд РК признал его общеизвестным

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
