В центре находилось 15 человек, проходивших реабилитацию. В январе 2025 года туда поступил мужчина с посталкогольным синдромом и серьезными жалобами на здоровье. Несмотря на наличие симптомов, требующих внимания, в критические моменты рядом с ним не было персонала.
Мужчина скончался через пять дней от травмы, вызванной разрывом брюшной полости. В настоящее время ведется судебно-медицинская экспертиза, а прокуратура проверяет качество медицинских услуг в учреждении. Зафиксированы нарушения санитарных норм, что может привести к закрытию реабилитационного центра.
