Следствием установлено, что фельдшер предложил трём сотрудницам не увольняться и не выполнять обязанности, получая трудовой стаж без зарплаты. В период с 2015 по 2020 годы он мошенническим путем причинил ущерб Министерству здравоохранения Дагестана на сумму более 4,2 млн рублей.
Ущерб возмещен. Дело направлено в прокуратуру для утверждения обвинительного заключения.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
