Рецепт

✔️2 яйца
✔️ стакан молока
✔️ 4 ст/л с горкой сметаны
✔️ сыр 200 г
✔️ зелень (у меня был укроп)
✔️ 1.5 филе курицы
✔️ стакан муки
✔️ соль по вкусу

- Филе отварить до готовности
- Смешать яйца, молоко, сметану
- Добавить тертый сыр, муку и зелень
- Нарезать мелко вареное филе и добавить к остальным ингредиентам
- Распределить по формам, запекать 25-30 минут, при 180°

У меня вышло 14 маффинов, часть я заморозила 🥧

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
