The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
