Он и его заместитель подозреваются по части 3 статьи 285 УК РФ «Злоупотребление должностными полномочиями, повлёкшим тяжкие последствия».
Суть дела заключается в том, что граждане в белых халатах существенно завысили показатели диспансеризации в рамках нацпроекта «Здравоохранение». Информацию с обследованием «мёртвых душ» направили в фонд обязательного медицинского страхования, который фактически необоснованно перевёл больнице более 10 миллионов рублей.
Судя по тому, как проводилось задержание, никакой ошибки нет и место в Думе скоро будет вакантным.
