Часто слышим что ингуши открыли границы и спасли беженцев с ЧРИ . Так ли это ?! На 1994 год между РФ и ЧРИ было 11 дорог и постов . На юго- востоке , где указаны на карте четыре . На 1999 год было 10 дорог и все были в декабре закрыты для пропуска или частично . Это было решение РФ , а не соседних субъектов РФ . После начало боевых действий во избежания гуманитарной катастрофы РФ открывает дорогу на ФАД и ставит станционный пост Кавказ . Да это делает руководство РФ , а не какая-то иная сторона или соседний субъект Российской Федерации. Если бы что говорят ингуши имело бы место и было бы так и факт , то что они открыли границы , то им стоило бы открыт и остальные четыре дороги и пустит беженцев . Этого не сделали потому что это вообще не в их компетенции , да и не имели на это они право и таковых возможностей . Исходя из фактов и полномочий регионов , очевидно что Республика Ингушетия не открывала дороги для проезда беженцев.
