Під час візиту до України він відвідав одну з уражених підарами ТЕЦ та анонсував новий пакет допомоги на підтримку енергетичної інфраструктури. Міністр також зазначив, що влада Норвегії підтримує план перемоги, який представив Зеленський, і бачить Україну членом НАТО.
