Это в 2,5 раза больше, чем было в старом офисе, расположенном в бизнес-центре недалеко от станции метро «Таганская». В Rublevo Business Park помимо необходимых рабочих мест у ADAMAS будет дизайн-студия и высокотехнологичная фото-студия полного цикла.
Все это очень привлекательно, но сотрудникам ADAMAS вместо центра Москвы придется ездить на работу в район Мякинино. Ближайшая станция метро «Липовая роща» новой Рублево-Архангельской линии еще строится, ее собираются открыть в 2026 году. В остальном, Rublevo Business Park это бизнес-центр класса А на 64-м километре МКАД. В нем две башни по 12 этажей. Общая площадь бизнес-парка составляет 115 тысяч кв. м, из них 5,5 тыс. кв. м занимает торговая галерея, а 62 тыс. кв. м — офисные блоки с возможностью свободной планировки. В комплексе есть подземный трехуровневый паркинг на 746 машино-мест, включая отдельные места для мотоциклов.
