Обычно под охватами понимают среднесуточную посещаемость сайта издания. Но насколько достоверны данные в Brand Analytics и Медиалогии? Откуда они берутся?
Чтобы выяснить это, я сравнил показатели 10 изданий из мониторинговых систем с метриками трёх популярных сервисов: LiveInternet, Mail.Ru и SimilarWeb.
Результаты анализа:
1️⃣Данные посещаемости сильно зависят от выбранного источника. Разница между ними может достигать миллиона.
2️⃣Brand Analytics использует данные SimilarWeb, которые не являются точными и отклоняются от реальных показателей на десятки процентов (подробнее здесь).
3️⃣Источники данных Медиалогии неизвестны, а их показатели не совпадают с другими сервисами.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
