По сути, это одна из разведывательно-диверсионных технологий нового типа, когда через "просто" Телеграм-канал подписчикам даются "просто" задания - в первую очередь, собирать информацию, представляющую интерес для путинских силовиков.
Ну и, конечно же, попутно льются пропагандистские помои, а в нашем случае - имеют место уже и прямые призывы к расправам.
