Вот что сказал Бессент: "Доступ к дешевым товарам не является сутью американской мечты. Американская мечта основана на концепции, согласно которой любой гражданин может достичь процветания, карьерного роста и экономической безопасности. Слишком долго разработчики многосторонних торговых соглашений упускали это из виду".

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
