Женщина рассказала местному изданию, что, когда начался сигнал тревоги, она побежала из автобуса в убежище, но обнаружила, что его затопило на 10 сантиметров.
«Зачем же доводить до выбора: мокрые ноги или осколок на голову? Для того и власть, чтобы распорядиться о перестановке укрытия в сухое место», — прокомментировал житель под постом.
Также в комментариях сообщили еще о как минимум двух затопленных убежищах.
