Видимо, глава Югры пыталась взять пример с Москвы, где в начале лета ввели систему QR-кодов для вакцинированных, которая затем была отменена в начале июля. Тут тебе и положительный эффект по росту заболеваемости, и люди вроде как про это уже давно забыли.
Видимо, Комарова не учла, что «копировать-вставить» даже в политике нужно использовать с умом.
