«Согласно данным Росреестра, за прошедший месяц было зарегистрировано на 27,5% больше таких сделок, чем в ноябре 2024 года. Как правило, это достаточно срочные сделки, когда уже находится покупатель на вторичную недвижимость, которая есть у будущего покупателя первичного жилья. Срок исполнения данных сделок сейчас составляет от 3 до 6 месяцев», — говорится в сообщении.
