Я писал в декабре 2022 года, что сдал квалификационный экзамен на знание жилищного законодательства РФ. ❗️Этот экзамен обязаны сдавать руководители всех управляющих организаций, без его успешной сдачи нельзя возглавлять УК (в том числе и Жилищник).

Перечень вопросов утвержден приказом Минстроя России №789/пр. Всего - 200 вопросов.
