В обращении жители района обращают внимание силового блока на факты совершения преступлений военнослужащими ВС РФ, а именно: массового мародерства, разбоя, насилия над местными жителями, краж автомобилей и с/х техники, и даже расстрелов собак, которые мешали злоумышленникам проникнуть в дома.

Местные также обращают внимание на отсутствие реакции военной полиции на совершаемые преступления.
