Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
