Тот, кто хочет быть русским как кем, перестает быть нерусским. У него нет больше другого кто, другого субъекта. Тот, кто хочет быть русским и оставаться (пусть немного) нерусским, тот становится русским как каким. И это тоже неплохо. Но тут два субъекта, они вполне могут гармонизировать. Можно быть и вообще нерусским - и как кто и как какой. Вообще нерусский? Тоже, проходи. Но вот русофобом быть нельзя. Любая идентичность, основанная на ненависти к русским, будь-то либерализм или нацизм, есть патология. И она будет караться беспощадно.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
