Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин, говоря о предложении главы Комитета по защите конкуренции Валерия Гартунга передать учреждения СПО на федеральный уровень, отметил, что в системе профессионального образования должна быть опорная сеть.
«Не все колледжи и техникумы имеют отношение к регионам. Есть [те], которые входят в структуры высшей школы. Поэтому, если мы собираемся создать стройную систему, нам всё равно надо будет в будущем смотреть с точки зрения опорных учреждений среднего профессионального образования. И это предложение можно будет вновь рассмотреть», — сказал спикер ГД.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
