Доступ запретили из-за долгов по ЖКХ. Абсурд в том, что на самом деле, у жильца долгов нет — управляющая компания перепутала его с другим человеком.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
