В общем, район Университета — московский чайна таун.

Я думала толпы китайцев только в странных забегаловках, а тут прилично выглядящее заведение. Молодежь, полная посадка, все пьют свои тазы супа.

Ребята, ОЧЕНЬ СИЛЬНО ВКУСНО. Даже не ожидала.

Так и не поняла, из чего бульон. Никто на английском там не шпрехал, а китайский для гугл транслейта не самый легкий язык.

Вроде сказали, что КОСТНЫЙ ГОВЯЖИЙ. Но абсолютно без каких либо привкусов. И, как будто бы, с чем-то сливочным. И острый.

Выцепили из гостей девочку, она помогала разбираться с остальными составляющими. А дело такое - берешь таз, набираешь зелень/ грибы/ виды рыбных шариков/ овощей/ сои/ лапши.
И все это заливают бульоном.
И космос.

100 грамм - 100 рублей.
С похмелья зайдет очень хорошо, даже размечталась.
