По их мнению, стремительный прогресс в области искусственного интеллекта означает, что мир находится перед выбором. Будет ли это мир, в котором Соединенные Штаты и их вассалы продвигают глобальный ИИ, или мир, в котором страны или движения, не разделяющие демократические ценности, используют ИИ для укрепления и расширения своей власти?
С точки зрения представителей разведки США, третьего варианта не существует.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
