1). Я сегодня проехал все побережье и все штабы. Могу сказать, что волонтёров действительно много. Но не 4000 человек, как было озвучено президенту. Возможно, это с учётом тех, кто в пути. Ну да Бог с ним. Это даже не вопрос, это прелюдия.
2). Максимум 5% всех волонтёров на берегах работают в респираторах. Кто-то вообще замерял превышения? Может и работать всем нужно в противогазах и раз в 1,5 часа менять кассеты? Катастрофически не хватает «сизов» на местах. Этот вопрос будет решен?
3). Песок с мазутом относится к 3 классу опасности. Его нельзя везти на полигон ТКО. Все, у кого я сегодня спрашивал куда везут загрязненный грунт разводили руками. Вопрос: куда везут загрязненный грунт? Предполагаю, ситуацию вторичного загрязнения. Выложите фотки и назовите полигон. Всех этот вопрос сейчас волнует.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
