В России разработали и уже успешно испытали многофункциональный дрон-ретранслятор с возможностью вести разведку «Сова-13». Это аналог известного китайского дрона Mavic.
Новый дрон может вести разведку свыше полутора часов, тогда как максимальное время в полете дрона Mavic, в зависимости от модели - от 20 до 50 минут. А еще «Сова-13» работает как на стандартных частотах 5.8 ГГц, так и на специальных уникальных. Это дает возможность сохранять управление в сложных условиях и сводит к минимуму риски подавления связи вражескими средствами РЭБ.
⚡️Цифровая камера со стабилизацией располагается на борту дрона. Видеосигнал преобразовывается в аналоговый и передается на очки оператора. Качество высокое, кроме того, аналоговый сигнал невозможно заглушить.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
