Проверил строительство литеров 5, 6 и 7 в ЖК «Солнечная долина».

В 5-м вопросов нет — здесь уже завершается благоустройство территории.

Беспокоят темпы работ по литерам 6 и 7. Неоднократно собирались, обсуждали — застройщик будто не понимает всей ответственности. Строительство ведётся недостаточными темпами. Поручил набрать обороты, увеличить число рабочих. Уже на точке невозврата.

Приближается конец года — обязательства застройщика перед дольщиками должны быть выполнены в полном объёме. Никаких отговорок я больше слышать не намерен.
