به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، محمدصادق معتمدیان شامگاه شنبه در جمع خبرنگاران با اشاره به گزارش اداره کل هواشناسی استان تهران مبنی بر ماندگاری سرما و برودت هوا و از غیرحضوری شدن مدارس در همه مقاطع تحصیلی خبر داد و گفت: دانشگاه‌ها نیز روز یکشنبه ۲۵ آذرماه تعطیل است. وی گفت: همچنین ادارات، سازمان‌ها، وزارتخانه ها و نهادهای عمومی دولتی و غیردولتی نیز تعطیل است.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
