В Карелии завершился сбор подарков для бойцов СВО к 23 февраля, объявленный главой региона, секретарем реготделения «Единой России» Артуром Парфенчиковым. К ней присоединились неравнодушные жители по всей республике, предприятия, организации, трудовые коллективы.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
