Сегодня состоялось заседание Совета первичных отделений партии «Единая Россия».

Этот год имеет особое значение: мы отмечаем 80-летие Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
Первичные отделения «Единой России» играют ключевую роль в подготовке к мероприятиям, в рамках празднования. Партия запланировала целый ряд акций. Среди них: «Диктант Победы», «Письмо Герою», «Окна победы» и другие. Также мы готовы к поддержке инициатив наших коллег из первичных отделений.

Патриотизм, любовь к Родине и историческая память станут основой, вокруг которой будет выстраиваться наша работа. Будем вместе работать над тем, чтобы все запланированные мероприятия прошли на высоком уровне.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
