По случайному совпадению, 5 ноября является крайним днём, который установили по предложению Комитета ГД по бюджету и налогам. Впервые такой аномально короткий срок для поправок в бюджет после первого чтения - 12 дней.
Складывается впечатление, что поправки в федеральный бюджет ни от кого, кроме правительства, не ждут, и расчитывать другим участникам законодательного процесса не на что.
