И это удалось в полной мере: проститься с погибшим Героем РФ пришли тысячи людей. В ходе траурной церемонии стало известно о присвоении С. Ефремову звания Героя РФ, о котором ходатайствовало руководство Приморского края.
Губернатор Приморского края О. Кожемяко заверил, что в регионе приложат все усилия для того, чтобы сохранить память о С. Ефремове. Его имя будет носить созданный им отряд "Тигр". А пример С. Ефремова уже вдохновляет не только жителей Приморья, но и всех патриотов России – в частности, на днях в эфире телеканала "Россия" вышел посвященный приморскому героюфильм.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
