Только что с большим удивлением узнал, что оказывается, в должностные обязанности криминалистов военных следственных органов входит организация работы по постановке на воинский учет, призыву и заключению с Минобороны контрактов о прохождении военной службы натурализованными гражданами РФ и иностранными гражданами. Или не входит? Если не входит, то какие именно нормы нарушили данные сотрудники? И почему на эти нормы нет ссылок в данном приказе? И если таких норм нет, то как тогда расценивать законность данного приказа?

При этом я даже не стану упрекать врид руководителя ГВСУ СК России. Просто потому, что он в данном случае просто ревностно, как может, исполняет указания, которые ему дает сами понимаете кто: тот, кто определяет приоритеты в работе следственных органов. И это приоритеты, как видите, несколько далеки от следствия. Мягко говоря.
