معاون عمرانی استاندار تهران: 🔹آموزش مدارس ابتدایی استان تهران فردا دوشنبه ۱۷ دی ماه به صورت غیر حضوری و مهد کودک ها، پیش دبستانی ها و مدارس استثنایی تعطیل اعلام می شود، همچنین طرح زوج و فرد در شهر تهران از درب منازل اجرایی خواهد شد.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
