Финансирования на 50 млн конкурсы пока так и не нашли, и самое время обратиться в правительство и перевернуть стыдное для страны число 8 (повысив соответсвующие лимиты бюджетных обязательств по постановлению), преобразовав его в ♾️, ну не в 40 (как ранее), так хоть до 21 победителя (5 заявок на место - это почти «нормальный» конкурс)
