Мне пять. Почти все будни я провожу в детском садике, а выходные — у бабушки и дедушки. Маму я вижу очень мало. И воспоминания 92-94 гг. превращаются в цепочку ярких блестяшек, между которыми темнота. Наверное, самым сильным впечатлением был страх газовой колонки в ванной. Там была старая колонка с пламенем внутри, которая издавала пугающие звуки, от нее по стене распространялась ржа. Воду нельзя было выключать при наличии огня в ней, якобы это было чревато взрывом. Но в то же время ванна не должна была переполняться, а погасить колонку я не умела. Эта неразрешимая задача в отсутствие взрослого переполняла меня тревогой.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
