Как сообщает Bloomberg, контракт предусматривает, что 2500 терминалов, уже находящихся в распоряжении Киева, подключатся к Starshield — секретному и зашифрованному каналу связи, который значительно труднее взломать или заглушить. До сих пор доступ к этой системе имели лишь 500 терминалов в Украине.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
