Данный проект строится на участке в 60 га в подмосковной деревне Челобитьево и планируется к сдаче в III кв. 2026 года. Общая предполагаемая площадь жилья составит 550 тыс. «квадратов».
Ранее мы такжеписали, что Sminex точно оставит себе 4 московских проекта «Инграда»: Foriver Residence, «INJOY» на Адмирала Макарова, жилой комплекс на Лужнецкой набережной, 10 и проект на Вятской, 47-49. Всё остальное — продаст.
