Также в феврале Арбитражный суд Москвы уже признал банкротом «Севен Санс Недвижимость Мск».
Отметим, что столичные проекты Seven Suns: «Станция Л», «Сказочный лес» и «В стремлении к свету» будут достраиватьCapital Group и ПИК.
О желающих на достройку подмосковного ЖК «Светлый мир БиоПолис» пока претендентов нет. В Питере у компании сейчас два проекта: «Светлый мир. Внутри» и «е.волюция».
