Здесь столкнулись 3 автомобиля: «Шевроле», в котором ехала семья с тремя детьми из Тюмени, «Форд» и «Лада». Предварительно, «Шевроле» выехал на встречную полосу.
Погибли водитель и две пассажирки «Шевроле», в том числе 8-летняя девочка. Еще две пассажирки, девочки 3-х и примерно 9-12-ти лет доставлены в больницу с тяжелыми травмами.
Ранения получили трое человек из «Форда» и одна женщина из «Лады», в этих двух автомобилях ехали жители Свердловской области.
Объезд возможен через село Каменка, по автодороге Кулаково-Каменка.
