Смотрим проект бюджета края. Из 114 миллиардов на поддержку семьи и детей львиная доля (77 миллиардов) уйдёт на содержание детдомов и учреждений, оказывающим услуги семьям с детьми. Про детдома я уже писал. Хотелось бы получить отзывы о работе остальных учреждений. Кто с какими вопросами обращался и какой результат? На КДН, где я недавно был, чуть ли не половину народу к психологам в «Эдельвейс» отправили. Есть польза от таких посещений? Также интересует мнение работников учреждений, до вас доходят эти миллиарды?

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
