صراحة، لا أرى جيلنا، ولا الجيل الآتي، ولا حتى الذي يليه، سيشهد تحرير فلسطين. القضية ليست معلقة كما يحلو للبعض أن يقول، بل انتهت منذ زمن، حُسمت لصالح القوة، وما تبقى لنا هو إرث ثقيل من الموت والمآسي نشاهده يتكرر بلا نهاية. فلسطين عود كونها شعبا، هي فكرة، وهذه الفكرة أُفرغت من محتواها منذ أن فقدت الشعوب القوة والوعي والإرادة، وأصبحت تتعايش مع الخسارة وكأنها قدر دائم. مكتوب علينا أن نرى هذا المشهد يتكرر طوال حياتنا، دون أن نملك القوة لإيقافه أو حتى الوهم بإمكانية تغييره، لا يوجد حل، لا يوجد شيء، يأس تام قاتل، وحده الله من ينقذنا.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
