Ровно год назад в рамках мастер-плана "Добрая улица", разработанного "Центром развития городской среды", в Южно-Сахалинске был установлен первый быстровозводимый (60 минут) островок безопасности.
Островок безопасности решает следующие задачи:
- обеспечивает встречный треугольник видимости
- обеспечивает зональное снижение скорости за счет локального сужения проезжей части
- обеспечивает безопасное и поэтапное пересечение улицы инвалидам, родителям с коляской, пешеходам с велосипедом
- согласно международной практике приводит к снижению травматизма на 50% и на 67% снижает смертность среди пешеходов.
Чуть позже поговорим о том, почему при поддержке мэра города Сергея Надсадина и ГИБДД этот мастер-план начали реализовывать, и каких результатов мы смогли достигнуть за 2020-2021 год.

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
